Investigative documentaries · New case file every week

Every disaster has a fuse. We trace it.

We take the biggest disasters, hacks and collapses right after they happen and rebuild them like a case file. Night by night, minute by minute, from the first warning nobody heard to the moment it all went wrong.

How we work

How we build a file

Sources first

Every number on screen comes from a named source. All of them are listed under each video and on this page.

Three labels

Confirmed, reported or unknown. If nobody knows yet, we say so instead of guessing.

Reconstructions, not footage

Scenes are rebuilt with 3D animation and AI tools. They show what happened. They are never real footage. Charts, maps and documents are made by us from the sources.

Files stay open

When a case moves, we update the file, the status board and the pinned comment.
